In Memorial

In silent memory of Mum's dogs, who were dear and faithful companions in their lives.

Lilly, an Old English Sheepdog - OES bitch accompanied my mum for 10 years until 3 September 2010. She was seriously ill and suffered from pain. Unfortunately, there was no chance of a cure at this time. With a heavy heart, Mum decided to take the last step to save her faithful dear friend further suffering. Lilly fell asleep peacefully in Frauli's arm. Even today she misses her princess and all her other loyal hearts so much.
Starting with the dog love it has with Rex, he had not survived the attack a Great Dane, then Bell- an Old German Shepherd Dog, who could not do his duty because of chronic middle ear infection and was retired and thus came to me, then years later a bullet of a strange evil man had to give his life.
Alf and Bobby both also OES. Alf was killed in a car accident and Bobby came to me as a senior (8 years) and died after only 2 years of leukemia.
Also a little puppy from Lilly, Janek born. In 2004, died shortly after his delivery to his new family at the tender age of 4 months at stomach rotation.
Fraulis thanks: All of you, my fur noses, I carry with heartfelt love in my heart. I stroke you in my thoughts and dreams. I'm grateful for your love, affection, loyalty and all that you have given me for my life. You were there for me, when I was not feeling so well, comforted me and gave me my laugh again. I have learned that love, patience, faithfulness and self-sacrifice are the highest good in life for a being.

I'll give you another little poem:
A good dog never dies

A good dog never dies -
he always stays present.
He wanders beside you on cool autumn days,
when the frost touches the fields
and winter is approaching,
his head lies tenderly in your hand
like in the old days.

A bridge connects heaven and earth.

Because of the many colors they are called

"Bridge of the Rainbow".
On this side of the rainbow lies a land of meadows, hills and lush green grass.
If a beloved animal on earth has fallen asleep forever, it goes to this beautiful place.

There is always to eat, to drink and it is warm - it is nice spring weather.
The old and sick animals are here again young and healthy. They play together all day long. There is only one thing they miss:
They are not with their people, whom they loved so much on earth.
So they run and play together every day, until one day suddenly one stops and looks up: the nose trembles, the ears get up and the eyes get big !!!
Suddenly it runs out of the group and literally flies across the green field. The paws carry it faster and faster. It has seen you !!!
And when you and your special friend meet, you take him in your arms and hold him.
Your face will be kissed again and again, and you will look into the eyes of your beloved animal that has been gone from your life for so long, but never from your heart.
Then you cross the bridge of the rainbow together, never to be separated again.
